Sue Buckley brings a broad range of experience in the field of human services at both the state and local level. Sue has worked both as an external consultant to organizations, and also as an internal consultant within agencies with which she has been employed conducting assessments, providing training, and developing action plans to move the organization forward. She has conducted program evaluation and planning projects, created Requests For Proposals for several major grant projects, and facilitated the subsequent grant scoring and award meetings, and she has facilitated the building of cross-organizational collaborative treatment teams.

Sue has acted as Project Manager for several large program initiatives, bringing them from the initial funding phase through to full program implementation. Her project management skills have been developed through years of successful hands-on experience, and she approaches program development in a manner that is organized, practical, and ultimately successful – she knows from experience what it takes to successfully implement a program. Sue has also used her strong implementation skills to conduct organizational restructuring efforts, needs assessment design and oversight, sustainable change management initiatives, and new program development and start up.

Sue’s strengths in solution-focused planning, communication skills, organization, project management, and creative problem solving are among the reasons that clients continually return to her as someone who can get things done in a manner that ensures high quality results.

Sue holds a Master of Science degree in Human Service Administration, with a focus in Organizational Management and Leadership.
